With so many realtors to choose from, solid recommendations are oh so valuable. Alex was recommended to us and he delivered amazing service while being an absolute pleasure to work with. As we were moving from California, looking for a home had its challenges, but Alex's ingenuity and flexibility really made the process easier. When we were able to fly into the area, Alex's time commitment to us was amazing - allowing us to see a very long list of homes. He took the time to show us around the area too so we could envision where we'd grocery shop, workout, eat out, and other similar routines. When we were not in the area, Alex would tour homes with us remotely, via video. Other traits we loved: Alex is super knowledgeable on home construction and was able to bring aspects of a home (good or bad) to our attention. He is also quick to follow up on open questions/actions and gets the job done. Alex is really laid back too and not at all pushy or "sales-y". For us, he was that "calm" in what can be a stressful "storm" of a process. Again... we highly recommend Alex!
